1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and judiku ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the judiku website located at judiku.co and all associated services, features, content, and products (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a judiku account, logging in, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the judiku Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the judiku Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. judiku enforces a strict minimum age requirement consistent with international gaming authority licensing standards. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and must not be acting on behalf of another individual or any corporate entity when registering a player account.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of judiku or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the judiku Platform or had an account closed by judiku for breach of these Terms.

judiku reserves the right to request documentation to verify compliance with eligibility requirements at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method ownership evidence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the judiku Platform, you must register a single player account. Each individual may hold only one judiku account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your judiku account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify judiku support immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the judiku Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). judiku supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as published on the Platform from time to time and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically practicable. judiku may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Where a promotional bonus is attached to a deposit, withdrawals may be subject to applicable wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotion terms.

judiku does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.

judiku reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to large transactions as required under its anti-money laundering obligations. Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for legitimate gambling activity and must not be used for any form of payment processing, money transfer, or other financial purpose unrelated to betting and gaming.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sportsbook bets placed on the judiku Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific betting rule and these general Terms, the specific betting rule shall prevail.

judiku reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, was placed at manifestly incorrect odds (including odds resulting from technical errors), or was placed in a manner that judiku reasonably believes constitutes abuse of the betting system. Void bets will be refunded at stake value.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by studio dealers in real time. judiku does not manipulate game outcomes.

All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. judiku does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed except where expressly permitted by the applicable betting rules (e.g., certain pre-match bet cancellation windows).

6. Bonuses and Promotions

judiku offers various promotional bonuses including, without limitation, welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expiry date, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

judiku reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. judiku may also withhold or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated, or exploited using prohibited strategies including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts.

Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the judiku Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one account;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Use of the Platform by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over sporting events or game outcomes;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform other than as a human user;
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the Platform to process funds of illicit origin;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or manifest pricing errors in a deliberate and systematic manner;
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at judiku staff or other users;
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to judiku's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the judiku Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, game assets, odds data, text, graphics, and user interface designs, is owned by or licensed to judiku and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes. No other licence is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of judiku.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judiku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if judiku has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

judiku's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your judiku account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

judiku does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. judiku will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but does not guarantee any specific uptime.

10. Responsible Gaming

judiku is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform incorporates the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set from account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will log you out automatically.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanent self-exclusion are available from account settings. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and all marketing communications will be suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

judiku enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and judiku takes all reasonable technical and procedural measures to prevent it. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your credentials, contact support immediately.

11. Suspension and Termination

judiku reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) the integrity of the Platform or other users is at risk; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon closure of an account, any outstanding verified balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any required identity or source-of-funds verification.

You may close your judiku account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority frameworks under which judiku operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the competent dispute resolution mechanism specified by judiku's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact judiku's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. judiku will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to Terms

judiku reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their judiku account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
